classes are aimed at everyone - they are gentle but have profound effects on the body and nervous system which include

With over 30 years teaching experience which started with dance and then finding a really deep love of yoga and more recently awareness through movement - these-classes draw on all of these to help you find healthier ways of being in your body and of moveing which can have many benefits in your every day life. They are fun and enjoyable for everyone from both the fit to those who are looking to recover from stress and injury as these classes are not focused on achievement and goals but are more about exploring ways to undo tension and find comfort using simple yoga postures and movement patterns
Classes can give different things to different people - some come for both the profound physical and mental benefits - feeling calmer more relaxed and stronger in the body for some its a chance to simply switch off for an hour and a half - and some people have health challenges that prevent them from doing more strenuous exercise
